Is Jim Tracy in a Lab Coat?

The Rockies are more than capable of scoring more runs than they have. They are more capable than giving fewer runs then they have. Their timely hitting has been plain out awful. This should be a team that can at least puncture the opposing bullpen, but instead they turn off the light switch after the starter; and get a flicker of offense from time to time in late innings.

That will not cut it if they are thinking about making the postseason. I know it is still the beginning of May, but I have waited too long to see them reach their groove.

Jim Tracy is acting like Clint Hurdle last year. For some odd reason he thinks he is in a science laboratory doing experiments with the team. He must be trying to do something that I don’t know about, but he needs to stop. More Continuity needs to fall into place. There will be no consistency if he decides to shuffle the lineup more than a deck of cards.

Lastly, I want to point out the good things. Carlos Gonzalez has a sweet stroke and Ubaldo Jimenez is awesome. With that in mind other good things will continue and other good players will pick it up that aren’t performing… a la Todd Helton.

One more thing: Why do people keep complaining about Todd Helton. No loyalty.
